| August 28, 2012 | 0 Comments

Pump and DumpWelcome to today’s Pump and Dump Alerts, where we will be exposing these two companies:  SEFE (SEFE) and CUBA Beverage Co. (CUBV).

Here we identify a couple of the potentially “bogus” promotions going on in penny stocks today.

If you don’t know how these schemes work, be sure to check out this free report that exposes the whole thing.

Without further ado, here are today’s “disasters waiting to happen”:

SEFE (SEFE)

SEFE is a development stage company attempting to commercialize the ability to harvest atmospheric electricity.  The company has developed multiple sequential prototypes and is still field testing their energy collection system.   For the three months ending June 2012, SEFE lost $521,501.

We exposed a massive pump and dump scheme being run on shares of SEFE back on April 13th.  At the time, shares were trading around $1.25.

Right now, this penny stock is trading near $0.21… a drop of more than 80% since then.

Stock Appeal was paid $25,000 by Mission IR to pump shares of SEFE.

CUBA Beverage Co. (CUBV)

Cuba Beverage Company was developed in response to strong demand for energy beverages. Their primary product is Cuba Herbal Energy Juice which the company says is a healthy, fat-free boost of energy providing a healthy and steady flow of energy.  The company terminated their SEC registration back in 2007 – when they were known as International Precious Metals (ILCI.PK).  What’s more, the company became Green America Land Holdings (GALH.PK) in April of 2008.

Currently shares of this penny stock now trade near $0.08.

Penny Stock Pros was paid $25,000 to tout shares of CUBV.

A final word (and warning).

These are just a few of the potential “pump and dumps” we’ve seen lately.

Remember, there’s a lot more of this going on than we can highlight here.
