| September 17, 2012 | 0 Comments

Pump and DumpWelcome to today’s Pump and Dump Alerts, where we will be exposing these two companies:  Black Castle Development Holdings (BCDH) and Oryon Technologies (ORYN).

Here we identify a couple of the potentially “bogus” promotions going on in penny stocks today.

If you don’t know how these schemes work, be sure to check out this free report that exposes the whole thing.

Without further ado, here are today’s “disasters waiting to happen”:

Black Castle Development Holdings (BCDH)

Black Castle looks to acquire non-performing notes (debt). In addition, BCDH develops, operates, and manages distressed commercial and residential properties.  The company terminated their SEC registration back in 2008.  As of June 30th, BCDH reported cash on hand of $166 and posted a loss of $40,461.

We exposed a pump and dump scheme being run on shares of BCDH back in December of 2011.  At the time, shares traded near $0.10.  Today, this penny stock could be purchased for just $0.01… representing a 90% loss in less than a year.

Stock Roach, a subsidiary site for Blue Wave Investors, was paid $15,000 by StockChat, LLC to pump shares of BCDH.

Oryon Technologies (ORYN)

Oryon Technologies develops and markets flexible electroluminescent lamps and drive electronics for applications in various industries. ORYN also licenses its electroluminescent lamp technology in North America and the Asia Pacific. Earlier this year, ORYN changed their name from Oryon Holdings to Oryon Technologies.  Oryon Holdings was involved in the mineral and precious metal exploration.

Back in May, we exposed a pump and dump scheme being run on shares of ORYN twice.  Back then, the stock was trading at $1.25 and $0.92 respectively.  Since then, shares have fallen further to just $0.82 as of today’s trading.

24-7 Stock Alert was paid $5,000 from Colburg Media, LLC to tout shares of ORYN.

A final word (and warning).

These are just a few of the potential “pump and dumps” we’ve seen lately.

Remember, there’s a lot more of this going on than we can highlight here.
