Here we identify a few of the “bogus” promotions that are going on in penny stocks today.

Without further ado, here are today’s “disasters waiting to happen”:

Action Products International (APII)

Action Products International looks to acquire or merge with companies in the cloud computing industry.  The company pulled their SEC registration back in November of 2010. In addition, APII generated no revenue and lost over $348,000 last year, as of September 2011.

This penny stock trades near $0.138.

Level Stock was paid $12,000 by C. Security, LLC to hype shares of APII.

Costal Integrated Services (COLV)

Costal Integrated Services focuses on buying, marketing, and selling lubricants to the transportation industry.  Their market cap is $6.6 million.  COLV has no earnings reports filed with the SEC.

Shares of this penny stock trade at $0.049.

The Stock Psycho was paid $40,000 by V3 Services, Inc. to promote shares of COLV.

These are just a few of the current inglorious “pump and dumps”.
