Pump and DumpWelcome to today’s Pump and Dump Alerts, where we will be exposing these two companies: Viral Genetics (VRAL) and Axion International Holdings (AXIH).

Here we identify a couple of the “bogus” promotions going on in penny stocks today.

Without further ado, here are today’s “disasters waiting to happen”:

Viral Genetics (VRAL)

Viral Genetics is a biotechnology company seeking to discover and develop immune-based therapies for the treatment of HIV/AIDS.  VRAL develops its products using its thymus nuclear protein compound.

The shares currently trade near $0.014… down more than 50% from when we first exposed VRAL in November of last year.

Hot OTC China was paid $2,500 to hype VRAL.

Axion International Holdings (AXIH)

Axion International Holdings develops structural building products from recycled consumer and industrial plastics.  AXIH is focused on structural composite railroad crossties, structural composite I-beams, and tongue and groove planking.

Shares of this penny stock are currently trading near $0.89.
