Readen Holding (RHCO)
Readen Holding Co. is a venture capital organization investing in companies in the telecom, recycling, food supplements, and entertainment industries. RHCO has not filed with the SEC since 2000. As of their latest financial report, Readen had net income of $136,064 on $1.2 million in revenue.
Even though this company appears to turn a profit, at least one shareholder is attempting to manipulate the stock through paid promotion.
This penny stock trades near $0.20.
Penny Stock Exploder was paid $50,000 by ST Trading to tout shares of RHCO.
Bluewave Group (BLEW)
Bluewave Group is a music, technology, and sports entertainment company. BLEW plans to target multiple demographics with a specific focus on the lower disposable income market. The company was formerly known as Cape Cod Aquaculture Corp., and changed its name to Bluewave Group in February 2010. BLEW also terminated their SEC registration in March of 2012.
Currently, shares of this penny stock trade around $0.006.
Hot Stock Profits was paid $10,000 to pump shares of BLEW.
