Pump and DumpWelcome to today’s Pump and Dump Alerts, where we will be exposing these two companies:  North Springs Resources (NSRS) and Caduceus Software Systems (CSOC).

Here we identify a couple of the “bogus” promotions going on in penny stocks today.

Without further ado, here are today’s “disasters waiting to happen”:

North Springs Resources (NSRS)

North Springs Resources is a gold exploration and mining company operating in Nevada and Arizona.  Yesterday the company announced they are entering an agreement with Discovery Gold Ghana Limited. 

In the agreement, NSRS must pay a total of $1.25 million with an initial payment of $250,000.  The “earn in” agreement will give NSRS a 10% working interest in a property in the Western Region of Ghana. 

Unfortunately, NSRS has already committed $500,000 of a $1 million loan to their project in Arizona.  And currently, NSRS has no source of revenue. 

NSRS is trading near $0.78.

Free Penny Alerts LLC, including all of their subsidiary promotional sites, were paid $600,000 by Nahulate S.A. to pump shares of NSRS.

Caduceus Software Systems (CSOC)

Caduceus is a developmental stage company working on an all-in-one software solution for doctors.  CSOC was formerly a distributor in the laminate flooring business.  The company has yet to earn any revenues and does not anticipate earning revenues in the upcoming quarter.

Shares of this penny stock are currently trading near $0.025.

Penny Stock Explosion was paid $5,000 by V3 Services to hype shares of CSOC.

A final word (and warning).

These are just a few of the current inglorious “pump and dumps”.
