NCNE has a joint venture with Lockard Development. In 2011, NCNE had $0 in revenue and ended with just $1 in cash. As of 2009, the company terminated their SEC registration.
Currently, shares of this penny stock trade near $0.005.

All Grade Mining (HYII)
All Grade Mining is a developmental stage company looking to acquire mining concessions in all phases and for all minerals. HYII is focused in South America, primarily Chile and currently owns an iron ore concession in central Chile, III Region. As of March 2012, the company had no revenue and no cash all while sitting on $1.1 million in liabilities.
Currently, shares of this penny stock trade near $0.635.
