IDOI, OOIL Pump And Dump Alerts July 19, 2012
Welcome to todays Pump and Dump Alerts, where we will be exposing these two companies: IDO Security (IDOI) and OriginOil (OOIL).
Here we identify a couple of the potentially bogus promotions going on in penny stocks today.
If you dont know how these schemes work, be sure to check out this free report that exposes the whole thing.
Without further ado, here are todays disasters waiting to happen:
IDO Security (IDOI)
IDO Security Inc. engages in the design, development, and marketing of devices for the homeland security and loss prevention markets. It offers a shoe scanning device (SSD) that is used in security screening procedures to detect metallic objects concealed on or in footwear, ankles, and feet through the use of electro-magnetic fields.
Back in late March we exposed a pump and dump scheme being run on IDOI. Back then, shares traded at $0.53. Currently shares of this penny stock trade unchanged at $0.53.
Over the life of the promotion, Obscure Stocks was paid $800,000 to pump shares of IDOI.
OriginOil (OOIL)
OriginOil helps algae growers extract oil from algae for commercial fuels, chemicals, and foods. OOILs technology dewaters and breaks down algae for its products. For first quarter of 2012, the company lost $1.78 million, or $0.25 a share.
Currently, shares of this penny stock trade around $1.25.
BlueWave Advisors is the parent company of StockRoach, one of the pumpers touting shares of OOIL. BlueWave was paid $92,000 and recently received 45,000 shares of this penny stock for their latest promotion.
A final word (and warning).
These are just a few of the potential pump and dumps we’ve seen lately.
Remember, theres a lot more of this going on than we can highlight here.
