Welcome to todays Pump and Dump Alerts, where we will be exposing these two companies: GroveWare Technologies (GROV) and WebSafety (WBSI).
Here we identify a couple of the potentially bogus promotions going on in penny stocks today.

GroveWare Technologies (GROV)
GroveWare Technology is a company involved in the development and sales of enterprise level software for wireless devices and computer systems. For the first quarter of 2012, GROV lost $97,001 and has just $95 in cash. In addition, the company just released notice to the SEC that they will be late in filing their most recent quarterly report.
Currently shares of this penny stock trade near $0.50.
Penny Stock Explosion was paid $4,985 to pump shares of GROV.
WebSafety (WBSI)
WebSafety markets and distributes internet software applications and services for computers and cell phones. WBSI distributes its software applications through the Internet, which allow parents or other caregivers to monitor and be notified of occurrences of predator advances, cyber bullying, and pornography received on childrens computers.
Weve exposed the pump and dump scheme being run on shares of WBSI in April, June, and July. This penny stock is being touted again.
In July, WBSI traded at $0.02. Right now, this penny stock is trading near $0.009.
Darth Trader was paid $100,000 to hype shares of WBSI.
