Welcome to todays Pump and Dump Alerts, where we will be exposing these two companies: Firemans Contractors (FRCN) and Lexington Energy Services (LXES).
Here we identify a couple of the potentially bogus promotions going on in penny stocks today.

Firemans Contractors (FRCN)
Firemans Contractors is a development stage, full-service painting company. They offer parking lot striping and parking lot maintenance services. The company plans on franchising their business.
Back in November 2011, we exposed a paid promotion being run by Investor Soup on FRCN.
At the time of last years promotion, FRCN was trading at $0.11. Right now, shares of this penny stock trade near $0.05.
Ultimate Penny Stock (via Mondo Marketing) was paid $700,000 to pump shares of UAPC.
Lexington Energy Services (LXES)
Lexington Energy Services is an exploration stage company prospecting for, and acquiring mineral properties for exploration. LXES has an option to acquire 100% interest in a maritime concession located in a sector of the seabed in Chile. LXES terminated their SEC registration effective December 2011.
Shares of this penny stock are now trading around $0.02 each.
Club Penny Stocks was paid $22,500 by Crème Dellatex LLC to hype shares of LXES.
