Without further ado, here are todays disasters waiting to happen:
Chimera Energy (CHMR)

For the three months ending May 31st, the company lost $67,333. Since inception, CHMR has racked up $102,951 in losses.

Tribeca Investments, aka Mad Money Penny Stocks, was paid $40,000 by Winning Media to pump CHMR.
Greenlite Ventures (GLTV)

GLTV intends to sell carbon offsets through its website for verified emission reduction, and reduced emissions from deforestation and degradation. As of June 30, 2012, Greenlite has just $4,999 in cash on hand and generated $0 revenue. As such, the company posted a $155,189 loss for the quarter.
We exposed a pump and dump scheme being run on GLTV just two weeks ago. At the time, the stock was trading as high as $0.05. Sadly, this penny stock has become a sub-penny stock and now trades for just $0.008.
Penny Stock Pick Alert was paid $10,000 for a two week promotional campaign of GLTV.
