Kading Companies (KDNG)
Kading operates as a holding company and seeks to acquire technologies it can build other companies around. KDNG is also open to acquiring companies to operate that already are developing technologies. The company does not register its stock with the SEC. In addition, their latest financial statement was released back in July which covers the 2010 operating year.
This penny stock is currently trading at $0.02.
Penny Stock Spy, an affiliate of Stockchat LLC, was paid $25,000 to pump shares of KDNG. In addition, the company may issue common stock for continued monthly services amounting to $25,000 per month.
Myriad Interactive Media (MYRY)
Myriad Interactive Media focuses on the design and development of interactive media websites, social media marketing, and web services. MYRY owns 100% of the CuponZilla brand of daily deal aggregator websites in Latin America. For the nine months ending March 2012, the company lost $300,312.
Shares of this sub-penny stock are currently trading near $0.0083.
Penny Stock Spy, an affiliate of Stockchat LLC, was paid $185,000 to pump shares of MYRY.
