Pump and DumpWelcome to today’s Pump and Dump Alerts, where we will be exposing these two companies:  Pristine Solutions (PRTN) and Firemans Contractors (FRCN).

Here we identify a couple of the potentially “bogus” promotions going on in penny stocks today.

Without further ado, here are today’s “disasters waiting to happen”:

Pristine Solutions (PRTN)

Pristine Solutions, through its wholly-owned subsidiary company, Eaton Scientific Systems, holds rights to Tropine 3.  This product is a novel indication of an existing FDA approved drug for the non-hormonal treatment of hot flashes in menopausal women.  For the quarter ending April 2012, PRTN lost $10,475 on $0 in revenue.

After closing at $0.23 in its last trading session, PRTN is trading near $0.40 today.

Killer Penny Stocks will be paid €10,000 over the next two months for touting PRTN.

Firemans Contractors (FRCN)

Firemans Contractors is a commercial painting company.  They offer parking lot striping and parking lot maintenance services.  The company is generating revenue, but FRCN has yet to turn a profit.  For the nine months ending March 2012, the company experienced a $707,775 loss.

We’ve exposed pump and dump schemes being run on this stock in the past.  During the previous pump and dump run in May, FRCN was trading at $0.05.

Currently shares of this sub-penny stock now trade near $0.003.

Hot Stock Profits was paid $3,000 to pump shares of FRCN.

A final word (and warning).

These are just a few of the potential “pump and dumps” we’ve seen lately.
