Pump and DumpWelcome to today’s Pump and Dump Alerts, where we will be exposing these two companies: Green Endeavors (GRNE) and Green Processing Technologies (TMGR).

Here we identify a couple of the potentially “bogus” promotions going on in penny stocks today.

Without further ado, here are today’s “disasters waiting to happen”:

Green Endeavors (GRNE)

Green Endeavors currently operates two salons that sell exclusively Aveda products. GRNE’s flagship salon is named Landis Lifestyle Salon… an Aveda Lifestyle Salon. The flagship location has gross annual revenues of approximately $2 million. The Company was unable to complete their quarterly report for the period ended March 31, 2012.  Also, GRNE’s most recent annual filing shows a loss of $264,379 for 2011.

Currently, shares of this sub-penny stock now trade near $0.0003.

Penny Stock Explosion was paid $2,500 to hype shares of GRNE.

Green Processing Technologies (TMGR)

Green Processing Technologies is a green technology development, fabrication, and commercialization corporation.  All of the proprietary technologies that GPTI is developing should prepare the company to commercialize environmentally friendly technologies.   The latest filing shows TMGR stock is no longer registered with the SEC as of 2008.

This penny stock is currently trading near $0.09.

Equity Trading Partners was paid $12,500 to pump shares of TMGR.

These are just a few of the potential “pump and dumps” we’ve seen lately.
