Wasting MoneyWelcome to today’s Pump and Dump Alerts, where we will be exposing these three companies:  Toron (TRON), Sauer Energy (SENY), and Positron (POSC).

Here we identify a few of the “bogus” promotions that are going on in penny stocks.

Without further ado, here are today’s disasters waiting to happen:

Toron (TRON)

Toron is a development stage company focuses on marketing, selling, and re-selling Web domain names or URLs.  TRON’s own URL, manageyoururl.com, expired on 10/29/2011 and is pending renewal or deletion.  This penny stock is currently trading around $0.10.

Stock Mister was paid $17,000 by Kazuoo Kamimura, LTD to hype TRON.

Sauer Energy (SENY)

Sauer Energy is a development stage company focusing on the development of vertical axis wind turbines (VAWT) for commercial and residential uses.  Their VAWT systems would be used for industrial applications such as oil rigs and off-shore platforms.  The shares currently trade near $0.46.

Hot OTC was paid $45,000 by Broadcast Intl. to pump SENY for one week.

Positron (POSC)

Positron operates as a molecular imaging company.  They provide nuclear medicine technologies and services used in the field of nuclear cardiology.  The company enables healthcare providers to accurately diagnose disease and improve patient outcomes.  Their stock trades around $0.014.

Beacon Equity was paid $50,000 to advertise POSC by Emerging Equity Advisors. 

A final word (and warning).

These are just a few of the current inglorious “pump and dumps”.
