Pump and DumpWelcome to today’s Pump and Dump Alerts, where we will be exposing these two companies:  FrogAds (FROG) and Sunbelt International (SUNB).

Here we identify a few of the “bogus” promotions going on in penny stocks today.

Without further ado, here are today’s “disasters waiting to happen”:

FrogAds (FROG)

FrogAds is a development stage company providing online classified ads. FROG has yet to generate sales from online ad posting.  In addition, the company changed its name from Imobolis to FrogAds in October 2011.

We exposed FROG last month for a paid promotional scheme to pump shares.  At the time, the stock traded around $0.41.

This penny stock is currently trading around $0.28.

BlueWave Advisors was paid $45,000 to pump shares of FROG.

Sunbelt International (SUNB)

Sunbelt International manufactures Wind Turbines and Solar Prowinder Hybrids in China. The company was formerly known as Lux Energy Corp. and changed its name to Sunbelt International Corp. in October 2011.

Shares are currently trading near $0.16.

24-7 Stock Alert was paid $5,000 by New Light Consulting for a 1 day promo of SUNB. 

A final word (and warning).

These are just a few of the current inglorious “pump and dumps”.
