TLFX, QUMI Pump And Dump Alerts June 18, 2012
Welcome to todays Pump and Dump Alerts, where we will be exposing these two companies: TeleFix Communications Holdings (TLFX) and Quamtel (QUMI).
Here we identify a couple of the potentially bogus promotions going on in penny stocks today.

Without further ado, here are todays disasters waiting to happen:
TeleFix Communications Holdings (TLFX)
TeleFix Communications Holdings is a minority-certified, woman-owned turnkey wireless telecommunications company. TLFX is still a developmental stage company operating in wireless infrastructure development market. The company lost $274,799 in the first quarter of 2012.
Back in May, we exposed a pump and dump scheme being run on shares of TLFX.
Back then shares traded near $0.46. Currently, shares of this penny stock trade near $0.08.
Hero Stocks was paid $10,000 to hype shares of TLFX.
Quamtel (QUMI)
Quamtel provides prepaid telecommunications services with an emphasis on transporting calls that originate from the United States and Canada. QUMI primarily offers EasyTalk, a prepaid calling service for making international calls. For the first quarter of 2012, QUMI lost over $2.6 million.
After various attempts at pumping this stock, shares of QUMI have consistently fallen. In April, we exposed the latest pump and dump run by The Stock Exploder. At the time, shares traded at $0.22.
Currently, this penny stock trades near $0.08.
OTC Reporter, a subsidiary of Garden State Resources NJ LLC, was paid to pump shares of QUMI. The parent company received $175,800 from Praetorian Media, LLC.
