Rarus Technologies is an emerging technology company focused on social media and e-commerce. In May 2012, Rarus Technologies incorporated Zngle, Inc. as the primary subsidiary and operations base for the Zngle.com licensed internet platform. RARS used to be known as Rarus Minerals, Inc an exploration stage mining company.
This penny stock trades near $0.10.
Penny Stock Pros was paid $200,000 by Flip Ventures to pump shares of RARS.
Home Health International (HHII)
Home Health International is a provider of home health nursing, rehabilitation and personal care services. HHII hopes to allow seniors to age with dignity in the comfort and security of their own home. In February 2012, HHII terminated their SEC registration as Atlas Capital Holdings, Inc. For their latest quarter, HHII brought in $0 revenue and lost $6,096.
Currently, shares of this penny stock trade around $0.01.
David Cohen and RDI were paid $85,000 by Cream Consulting, LLC to hype shares of HHII.
