Carbon Sciences is a development stage company developing a technology to make transportation fuels and other products from natural gas methane and carbon dioxide. The company was formerly known as Zingerang, Inc and changed their name in April 2007. For the first quarter of 2012, CABN lost $881,000 on $0 revenue.
This penny stock now trades near $1.23.
Blue Wave Advisors, LLC was paid $145,000 directly from Carbon Sciences, Inc. In addition, Blue Wave had previously purchased 1 million shares of CABN and sold them on the open market already.
Mobile Integrated Systems (MIBI)
Mobile Integrated Systems is a technology company focused on the development and deployment of mobile products and transaction systems. MIBI, through its subsidiary, Mobilotto Systems, provides a lottery solution for the purchase and tracking of lottery tickets, as well as direct-to-player, two-way messaging using mobile phones and location based technologies. The company was formerly known as Loto Inc. and changed its name to Mobile Integrated Systems in March 2012. For the 3 months ending February 2012, MOBI lost $183,096.
Currently, shares of this penny stock trade around $0.24.
Penny Stock Pros was paid $30,000 by Data Systems Technology, Inc. to pump shares of MIBI.
